The Brief
JS Health's emergence in the skincare market was elevated by Komodo's full 360 marketing campaign, including messaging, tone, and imagery. The focus was on showcasing the tight-knit community of customers, the results-driven product range, and introducing a new audience to the JS Health lifestyle with the hashtag #LiveYourOwnSkin. Komodo was responsible for producing cross-platform content to drive growth and generate desire to purchase.
The Strategy
With a focus on the JS Health community, Komodo was responsible for involving customers in the brand's skincare journey. To promote the message of #LiveYourOwnSkin, Komodo created a library of content documenting the customer journey and results of the JS Health range. The content covered all touchpoints of the product launch, including application videos, meeting the owners and scientists, and launch assets.As a standout piece, customers were challenged to not look at their reflection for one month and experience the difference made by the JS Health range. This emotive content aimed to highlight the beauty of the soul and the effectiveness of the unique skincare range, through outdoor placements, TV commercials, and social assets. Komodo successfully created a series of assets to put a spotlight on the product launch.
