ŌURA needed to enter the Australian market with authority, not noise. Despite growing interest in wellness tech, sleep remained an overlooked metric—misunderstood, under-prioritised, and difficult to communicate in a compelling way. The challenge was to translate complex sleep data into something culturally relevant, tangible, and shareable, while driving meaningful engagement across press and social.

How We Achieved It
Komodo launched ŌURA in Australia through a premium, insight-led experience in Sydney. Grounded in ANZ Sleep Report data, we built an immersive Sleep Studio in Centennial Park that evolved with natural circadian light from day to sunset. Guests moved through a series of Aussie-inspired rituals designed to improve sleep quality, transforming abstract data into lived, sensory moments. The result was a format that made the science accessible, the experience memorable, and the content inherently shareable across press and social.
