Ange Everington

Ange Everington is a fitness and wellbeing content creator who built her following by standing out fromthe crowd. Ange is a female firefighter in a male-dominated field, providing mental health support to theblue light world. She shows her fellow shift-workers that they are someone special outside of theuniform and they can put themselves first, both physically and mentally. Ange has worked withGymShark and Runna and is running the London Marathon in 2026.
